The night front desk attendant was great! we came in from a long trip and it was almost midnight Ericka was a blessing after that long drive; made the check in process really easy and quick for us, gave us a room that we felt comfortable with as well as let us know about all amenities quickly! the room was clean and we had no issues with the cleanliness (as someone who has OCD) very satisfied and grateful for the service.

The manager, Melida F., at the front desk was AMAZING, super sweet when I checked out & I had an incident where I left my purse on the sofa by the front desk before I left on my Uber ride. I called to see if I had left my purse there because I wasn't sure whether I had left it at the hotel or on the Uber ride. She was so sweet again, she had my purse & was worried that I was at the Airport without it. I went back, and she was once again the sweetest lady ever. She offered to send me back to my training close by with their shuttle driver Ronald, which was AMAZING as well. My room was clean and very nice. Also, the person in charge of the breakfast area in the mornings was super sweet & attentive. Overall, I always have a great experience staying at this hotel.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience at the SpringHill Suites in Somerset was hands-down one of the worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had with any hotel brand — ever. Arndy is the name of the front desk person. From the moment I stepped in, the staff acted like guests were an inconvenience instead of the reason their jobs even exist. The attitude at the front desk was so unnecessary, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful.
