Awful, completely filthy. Bugs throughout the room. Awful smell and terrible conditions. Our family came from out of state so we could all spend Christmas together and our accomodations were disgusting. We couldn't get anyone at the front desk on the phone and once we did the woman Carmen was completely rude. We asked for comforters to cover the filthy couch and her exact words were that if we need them she she suggests we come get it. I told her that I don't work there and she continues being rude. She told us there were no other rooms as they were sold out. I told her that I complete reviews and she maintained her poor service and even referred to us as "you guys" and maintained her completely dismissive manner. This is a simple accommodation. Nothing upscale. The bathroom was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The couch cushions were missing, but the maintenance guy brought them for us. The couch arms were dirty. The carpet was vacuumed and it was stained. The refrigerator sounded like a lawnmower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard was pleasant. Breakfast was ample, not continental breakfast. The location was nice for us as we had events close by. Not a special place, but perfectly adequate.

Dirty rooms, poor service, not maintained AT ALL. Hugely overpriced for what you get and where it is. If it wasn’t for the fact that this was booked by someone else for a business stay, I would have avoided it. Characters who frequent the hotel are a very odd bunch indeed with very low living and hygiene standards…turning up for breakfast in their pyjamas for example, clearly just ‘scraped’ themselves out of bed. I would absolutely NEVER stay here again, even if the stay was free.

Positive: It had all the necessary amenities advertised. Negative: The carpet had red stains and the tiles were a bit worn. The fridge had a few dents on the outside but worked effectively. The room had a damp odor smell and the vents needed cleaning. System was being updated and it took some time to get checked in.

The room is absolutely disgusting. You could not pay me to stay here again the room had what to be blood stains. Yes you read right, also the main carpet had burn marks or just black marks on it. Here’s the worst part, the cigarette smell is literally the most disgusting thing ever. Like have they ever cleaned these rooms before. It smelt like someone rigjt next to me was smoking a cig. Don’t go to this hotel please I genuinely worry that you will get sick
