I frequently stay at various hotels, especially Hilton properties. This particular hotel in my opinion has of the best staff in the hospitality business. Being someone who deals in the event industry on a regular the definition of hospitality gets lost. They understand what it means to put a smile on a clients face. They remember guests' needs and check in regularly to ensure everything is satisfactory. Housekeeping consistently keeps every room, hallway, and public space impeccably clean. The breakfast is great, and the kids especially enjoy the waffle maker. Additionally, the front desk team, including Shay, Shanice, and Aniya, along with the hotel manager, are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Fabulous stay during thanksgiving weekend. Hotel is on the new side so everything is still relatively clean, fresh, and new. I hope maintenance and housekeeping keep it this way (they are the heart & soul of a successful hotel business)! Nice spacious rooms with microwave & small fridge. Decent breakfast to get your day started. 24/7 coffee & tea in lobby. Good gym/exercise room. Only thing is, they take pets (and noisy barking ones could be heard 10 doors down). Also this hotel does not have a computer room. Lobby reception staff are friendly and courteous; shout out to Sameera & Shay.

My family and I had an amazing stay in this hotel. Rooms were excellent and well maintained, breakfast was delightful with everything you need. We also used the gym, they have updated equipment. I wished there was at least one computer at the business center for emails and printing. A big and warm shout out to the front desk staff, specially to Shay who is very approachable and had genuine care for our stay. Thank you again.

I was a guest at this hotel for 9 nights in November 2025. My husband was dying from stage 5 kidney failure. Sameera and Shea were the most amazing, friendly, empathetic and caring front desk/management staff I have ever met in a hotel. They made me feel welcome, gave me a quiet room, awesome breakfast every morning, billing was always correct, my room was clean and tidy. They made hotel is beautiful, brand new. Very safe area, close to the highway and shopping. The fitness center was great! I want to express my gratitude and how grateful I am to have met the staff at this location. My husband has passed away now, but I can say that my stay at this location was as pleasant as could be because of the staff.

Great new hotel. Very big rooms. Self check in/out . Pool was closed but looks nice. Breakfast was good. We got there late so not much left including dishes and Condiments. I think they are still learning so no real complaints - comfy bed and big tv!
