Delta Hotels Somerset

It was a nice clean hotel, but the service was awful. The person who checked us in was miserable. The people at the restaurant seemed bothered if they had a customer. The food was awful and definitely not worth enduring the poor service. The last morning there, we were questioned by three separate people about our breakfast voucher. On the voucher it states to redeem it in Distrik7, and that is what we did for two days. The last day, they were trying to tell us we needed to go to a banquet room. We were already seated with food in front of us. Not sure what they were trying to pull off, but it was a great example of awful service. For the price of the hotel, it should have been a much better experience.

Stayed for 3 nights while traveling for business. PROS: Nicer hotel updates, compared to others in the area. Friendly breakfast wait staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and smell lovely. Thank you for the coffee, water, and tea options in the room. Checked out receptionist, was pleasant and smiled :) CON: Receptionist wasn't as friendly, when I checked in, as one would expect. Overall, highly recommended!

Positive: The staff?s service while on-sight was amazing! They were very nice and friendly! Negative: I absolutely despise their management! I checked into the hotel 12/31/24 and checked out 1/1/25. It is now 1/11/25 and they are STILL HOLDING MY INCIDENTAL FEE! They keep blaming my bank for not releasing the fee, when it?s the Marriott who never released

Great Location stayed here several times. Restaurant Bar great staff in the ENTIRE HOTEL. Watched a game in the Bar area. Cheese steak and everything ordered was Appetizing and Overall spot on. Bartenders are cool and checks on the bar without being overbearing. Everytime I have to go to Piscataway this is the Place I reserve. Marriott does it well. Employees are Amazing. If you seen a Bad review on this place don't count it the customer was probably having a Bad Day 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Even when they host Events it's Great environment

I've stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been a superior experience. The management team is pleasant, the rooms are clean and everything works. Particularly enjoy the indoor pool and fitness center.
