Customer Reviews
Easy to get to from the airport, staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and nice but very load. We are on the freeway side, between the road traffic and planes we had to leave the TV on. Two things I rate hotels on are the bed and the shower. Bed is harder and has made me soar when waking up, not horrible but not great probably a 5 out of 10. Shower has good pressure and super hot, nothing fancy but checks two of my 5 boxes, it gets a 7 of 10. Over all I would try to stay farther from The airport and main interstate if I did it again.
Positive: Location Negative: Front desk not friendly did not wanted to give me a upper floor even know the hotel was empty. To much noice train, airplanes etc. the air needs upgrading old school units toilet did not flush pool water was cold
1. Major issue here with park and fly. Made reservations 6 months ahead for a park-and-fly stay. I was staying the night before flying out at PDX on 8/30/25, and staying again upon our return trip 9/22/25, with an arrangement to park our car between stays during our trip. When we arrived, there was a sign on the front desk that no vehicles were to be allowed in the parking lot between 9/2 and 9/20 due to a resurfacing of parking lot. They told us we had to park somewhere else, so I asked where can we park our car safely for three weeks, especially when we were paying for 3 weeks parking at the hotel? They said parking at a sister property was not an option. So, finally, the manager said they would take our key and valet park our car at a sister hotel in our absence. So I reluctantly said O
This is not typical SpringHill Suites. The bedroom is small, just beds and a night table. Tiny closet. Living area is poorly lit. Desk lamp had a burned out single bulb, with no replacement available at the front desk, no maintenance staff on duty and desk clerk unaware of where bulbs are stored and not willing to find one in an unoccupied room. That left the desk area quite dark. AC did not cool the room adequately. The cover for the AC control panel fell off. Breakfast had fewer selections than other SpringHill properties.||On the plus side, the shuttle service was excellent and the hallways were very well lit. And the fridge was cold on arrival.
This hotel was very comfy. The room was very spacious…huge actually…for a double Queen. I slept great. The complimentary breakfast was a great little buffet. This place is an excellent value if you don’t need a kitchen. It was also nice to have the bathroom vanity separate from the shower and toilet (very important if your traveling with several females). This hotel gets a thumbs up from me!
