SpringHill Suites by Marriott Elizabethtown

This hotel is an excellent choice for business or leisure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The front desk staff are polite, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.

Positive: The staff were wonderful Negative: The sofa in our room stunk and was very dirty. The AC rattled and made noise on low so we had to run it on high.

I stayed at this hotel last year and the service and upkeeping wasn't up to par with Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I tried it again this year and there is no improvement to the hotel service. Understaffed, poor cleaning, poor housekeeping, poor breakfast service. Most of us have to be at work by 6:45 AM, and the hotel breakfast doesn't open until 7:00 am. Most of us cannot use the free breakfast, so I suggest the hotel provide a refund for breakfast. Weekend breakfast is the same every day, nothing changed. There are several times the hotel did not provide breakfast because the staff called in sick. The facility is lack of cleaning services. The room housekeeping is no good. The floors are never vacuum, and the bathroom is not mopped, shower if not wiped down. I really don't know

When we visited, the whole 2nd floor was under construction, and several smaller items weren't exactly ready yet, but, the saving grace was the management and the staff. We felt like we were pointing out a lot of problems, but all the managers were completely understanding and so helpful. Even with the issues, we would recommend this place. (The one downside was that after turning the heat up on the pool twice for us, it was still cold.)

Location near highway and restaurants is convenient. Front desk staff were friendly enough. Recently "upgraded" rooms leave much to be desired. Half the hotel was under construction or closed, including restaurant and pool. Watered down toiletries and lack of water pressure made for a really annoying shower. Noisy heater felt like sleeping in a hamster cage. Checked out after 1st night and went to look for a better hotel.
