Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites

I’ve never written a hotel review before, but we were so pleased with this stop! It was super clean, decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff we encountered were very friendly and professional, and we just loved the saltwater pool! It was so nice to swim and not come out dried out and smelling of chlorine! We will definitely be back!

Positive: The hotel was very clean and quiet. The pool was a good size and the gym was well equipped. The touch screen drink dispenser in the lobby was really nice and had great tasting café lattes, hot chocolate, and cappuccino. Negative: Breakfast was average, but still very filling overall with a decent amount of hot and cold options.

I stayed at Best Western and had an outstanding experience thanks to Lisa at the front counter. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was smooth, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely welcomed. I must say She’s professional, friendly, and truly cares about the guests. It’s rare to find someone who makes such a positive impact, but Lisa absolutely does. Because of her exceptional service, I’ll definitely be returning. Best Western is lucky to have her as part of the team!

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean — ideal for three people. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept really well. You can tell the hotel takes cleanliness and guest comfort seriously. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a nice selection of fresh options, and everything was well organized and regularly replenished. The location is quiet yet convenient, making it easy for us to get around. The nicest thing was the two men making a wonderful breakfast experience. Worst thing hotel wakes you up at 6 Am. This happened to multiple people we talked to at breakfast. Two rooms booked at same time. Supposed to be the same price. Not the case One of the staff members working the check in should not be working with the public.
