Baymont by Wyndham Elizabethtown

Stayed here for spring break & everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. They were VERY informative and kind! Super clean and convenient location. Breakfast was decent but could’ve been better. Only meat option was sliced deli ham (sandwich meat). You can make your own waffles with toppings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, packed oatmeal, a cereal dispenser with two different kinds, bagels muffins and yogurt. To drink they have an orange and apple juice machine along with coffee. They keep the food warm and everything looked clean. Shower water could’ve been hotter & didn’t have a microwave in room , but still an amazing stay!!Go check them out!

Room was great, clean and quiet. The front desk person. Gary went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He explained everything about the hotel and even let us know about local restaurants.

Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward.

We have stayed here so many times on our way up north. We got in at 5am and the 3rd shift supervisor (great guy, btw) recognized my husband and offered a late check-out. We did not ask for a late check-out. I was perfectly fine with leaving at 11! Since it was offered, I took the extra rest. At 11:27, the cleaning staff came by and knocked on the door and I told them we have a late check out. Right after I closed the door, I heard someone still talking to me so I opened again. It was the 1st shift manager. I told her we were offered a late check-out and she said she doesn't offer that and if I stay, I have to pay an extra $25. She was very stern with me and told me the latest they could do without the extra charge was 11:30, so I told her I didn't know that was their policy - it was offere

Wonderful space, room... There as a roach. The staff was amazing, the pool water was cold but the area was WARM! Loved it. Breakfast was nice. It was a welcoming area, lots of shops/food near. Will return
