Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Elizabethtown

Some hotels understand the value of making its customers feel welcome and valued. This hotel does not! Front desk staff was awful. Couldn’t even smile or make eye contact. And why is it so difficult to offer a bottle of water to your customers? It’s easy to give a little bit of effort to welcome your customers. Hope you do better in the future.

I want to praise the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites.||1) Sabrina was fabulous with her expertise when we arrived.|2) The breakfast crew was on top of everything to get the day started correctly.|3) Housekeeping gave the southern hospitality that everyone loves.|4) Daniel made the checkout quick & easy and said he looked forward to seeing us again.|5) Last but not least, Chick-fil-A is just across the street! (Who doesn't love that???)

The beds were horrible and beat down! For the price of 175.00 and some change a night you would think they would update the mattresses along with the coffee cup stains on the nightstand it could have been better. Thankful for a rest ooff the highway but I will be going back to staying with Drury. Where there is a comfortable mattress and a decent breakfast.

Room was very clean and appeared to have been updated recently. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Even though hotel was full with sports teams, it was very quiet and afforded a great night's sleep. TV was larger than most hotels and had many viewing options. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend, especially for the price. 2 star hotels are generally not this nice.

It’s one thing to feed people powdered eggs. It’s another to make them so disgusting that they’re inedible. Typical gross Marriott breakfast with nasty boiled sausage pucks. Do better.
