Holiday Inn Washington-Dulles Intl Airport by IHG

I usually don’t come on here to post but after staying at this hotel I just had to. My stay was during the snow storm of January 2026. The hotel and staff were truly exceptional throughout. My special shout out goes to Irving the Hotel Engineer. He cleared my car from the snow and helped shovel around it so I could get out safely - truly outstanding service and such a genuine person. The hotel was very accommodating to any needs. From daily room service, to refilling the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby on the regular etc. The hotel is interior is super cozy and comfortable. Hallways are quiet and rooms are big, clean with comfortable beds. The pool was such an added bonus. It’s clean and heated with a life guard on duty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who finds themselve

This is the best Holiday Inn we’ve stayed in. The courtesy minibus arrived on time at 1845 at stand G2 & the driver lifted our 2 heavy cases & hand luggage into the back. A few minutes later we arrived in the smart hotel foyer & check-in was swift though we should have been given a voucher for breakfast to present the next morning. The receptionist apologised when I collected it after the waiter explained we needed it. Room 2244 was clean, well-furnished & large with 3 full-length mirrors, hospitality Nespresso machine & 3 coffee pods, including a welcome decaf pod. There was a microwave & fridge & the bed was very comfy though it squeaked a little on one side. The aircon was noisy but very efficient. The ECTC has been awesome and has exceeded our expectations! The staff; Thomas, Oscar, and Rossie have been incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. The food provided has been exceptional and plentiful. 5 stars all around, we will definitely be using this facility in the future.

I'm a Former flight attendant and this was my go-to when I needed to stay close near the airport! Kind & professional staff. Always welcomed me! Great breakfast restaurant and the dinner restaurant has great food too! Was there when the winter storm hit and they had courtesy shovels for guests to use. That really is exceptional customer service on top of already excellent customer service

Positive: The rooms were exceptionally appointed and extremely clean. One of the most comfortable non-suite rooms I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. Negative: I think the exterior of the hotel could use updating. I don’t mean to imply in and way that’s it’s in a state of disrepair. The outside doesn’t reflect the quality of the interior.
