SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dallas NW Highway at Stemmons/I-35E

General Manager Melinda is flat put condescending, rude, and ill equipped to provide any customer service in her role at the hotel. This hotel and particularly this general manager is not representative of the Marriott brand. ||Avoid this hotel at all costs, area is incredibly seedy and frankly the property seems unsafe. Terrible management. Beware and avoid

Positive: I was surprised that this Springhill Suites at this location has an outstanding staff. They were very nice and helpful. Negative: The sofa cushions were stained and the under sofa pull out mattress was kind of dirty. Luckily sheets were available in the closet, but would prefer not to sit or sleep on this.

polished: ⸻ I’ve been on the road for the past month — four states, five different hotels, and over 40 nights away from home — so I can speak from experience when I say “free breakfast” is usually hit or miss. This hotel was an absolute hit. From the front desk to the breakfast area, the service here is above and beyond. Jackie at the front desk was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Blanca runs an outstanding breakfast operation — everything was fresh, organized, and consistently stocked. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows. As a true road warrior, I don’t hand out compliments lightly. This team is doing it right. Keep up the great work — it makes a difference for those of us who live out of a suitcase.

I am absolutely devastated and beyond disappointed with my experience at this hotel. During my stay, housekeeping stole my earrings, my wedding ring, and several necklaces from my room. These weren’t just items — they were valuable and deeply sentimental pieces. I trusted that my belongings would be safe while I was out, and that trust was completely broken. No guest should ever have to worry about their personal property being taken by the very staff meant to maintain the room. If you are considering staying here, do NOT bring valuables. Better yet, reconsider staying altogether. The lack of security and accountability is unacceptable. I will never stay here again.

Good location, close to food choices, walmart and target. Staff friendly newly renovated lobby always smelled nice and had good options for breakfast. The hotel was quiet not alot of people were there. Would stay again
