Positive: It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Negative: The toilets were extremely too low.

My daughter and I came out to Austin Texas for her volleyball tournament and it's a stay to play so this was our hotel. This hotel ended up being one of our favorite hotels that we ever stayed in!! My daughter and I were greeted by Darrin who is one of the most amazing people I have ever met!! We need more people in this world like him!! He made my daughter and I feel comfortable, safe, welcomed, and most important, he made us feel safe and taken care of. Also we got to meet the amazing wonderful manager Bridgette! She was so sweet and wonderful and she helped me feel at ease with driving on the snowy roads and helped tell me the correct way to go which saved us and the whole team! We couldn't have made it to her tournament if it wasn't for Bridgette and we can't thank you all enough!! You

I frequently stay at this hotel on work trips, and the staff is simply amazing. It is a higher volume occupancy, but they still remember my work needs, my sports teams (when I ask for a game in the lobby), or inquire about how my daughter is doing. I have moved down to their spacious lobby as early as 5 am PDT to as late as midnight to work and not disturb my fellow travel companions in the room, and they are always gracious and accommodating, and I am never turned away. Special shout-out to Candace, who has fresh-baked cookies and a smile every time I see her. Highly recommended hotel for business and family travelers alike!

The hotel is situated outside the busy city center. |Our room was very spacious and nice. There are some small details that need some tlc. Some things are a bit worn out, like for example: the towel rack in the bathroom is completely rusted, the toilet keeps running, and the soap dish had some pieces missing. Maybe small things but they make the experience a lot better. |Breakfast was pretty good.

The hotel was clean, staff were freindly and very helpful, breakfast was very simple, you should not count on sofa bed its not comfy even with additional topper... I highly recommend hotel managemet seal the towels and also toilet lid after sanitation and cleaning, its normal routine in all over the world. Well... the Score in expedia was 8 something out of 10, I think this score is reflecting American travelers opinion, since their expectations are lower and easy going on services they recieve... but for europeans or middle eastern or even east Aisans this score should be solid 6.
