Speedway Inn & Suites

I am currently checked into this hotel. The area is okay and so is the exterior of the hotel. What I am trying to figure out as I sit in this room is how the heck the housekeeper that cleaned this room is still employed. The maintenance man too. Don’t get me wrong the room itself is decent but the person that cleaned it needs a new line of work. The vent on the ac is covered with dust. Do you know what dust is comprised of? Google it and be disgusted!! The doors and walls are disgustingly filthy. How can the tape holding the evacuation route be dirty? The bathroom is super gross. It smells wet and moldy in here. The chair by the bed has cigarette burns and stains from god knows what. There are small insects flying around (possibly fruit flies). There are also stains on the covers. Note to

I don’t normally leave rooms but I feel like I need to with this one. We requested a non smoking room, walked into our room with ashes on the floor and it smelling like stale cigarettes. Urine all over the toilet seat, cigarette burns in the bedding and chair, beds hard as a rock, no comforter just 2 thin sheets and no toilet paper. The staff was friendly but that’s it. This place is the not the greatest luckily we only stayed one night just to sleep after the races.

We've been living here since May of last year. The property manager is a man named Mr D and he is an amazing person. We truly have a lot of love and respect for Mr. D. And Mr Ray the security guard guy and housekeeper is fantastic as well kudos to the ownership for hiring these two people

Speedway inn and suites is such a great hotel to be at the services are top tier never had a problem with any of the staff but my thanks go out to MR D he is definitely a bundle of joy he always has a smile on his face and whatever you need he is definitely on top of it

Mr. D is the best man to hear Speedway hotel. We have good customer service and he get along with anybody he always Goes above and beyond.
