I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our four nights due stay at this hotel. It was so clean and public areas were being cleaned constantly by a fantastic and friendly staff member. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious. The proximity of the hotel to dining and shopping was fantastic. If I ever need to come back to the area, I will book this hotel again without a doubt!

The hotel was new, clean and satisfactory. I am incredibly disappointed in the service that I received. I booked this hotel because of loyalty to the Hilton brand and the availability of EV charging. I inquired about the charging station being available and was informed there were two available and were complementary. I also asked at the desk at check if there was a cost and was told no. Imagine my surprise when I woke up to a $29.32 charge on my card this morning. I contacted the hotel again and was told “sorry it’s not free “ Also the rate is $0.60/kwh which is double what Tesla charges at a supercharger.

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Griffin, GA on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in a little after 7 PM, I discovered that my assigned room (419) was not ready—it had not been cleaned, and the linens had been stripped from the bed. After returning to the front desk to report the issue, the receptionist handed me a basket of sheets and towels and instructed me that I would have to make the bed myself. She offered little assistance, leaving me to carry both my personal belongings and the basket of linens up to the forth floor. She could have a least helped me get my belongings and sheets to my room When I asked for another room, I was told none were available. To compensate, the receptionist that checked me in

Appreciation for Outstanding Service Dear Home2 Suites by Hilton Griffin, I would like to take a moment to thank one of your team members, Buford Chastain for the excellent care he provided during my recent stay. After experiencing some problems earlier in the day, including the misfortune of my room being cancelled , Bruford went above and beyond to assist me with check-in that evening. He was professional, patient, and attentive, ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of despite the earlier difficulties. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference, and I believe it deserves recognition. Please extend my gratitude Buford.
