Cannot give 0 star. Checked in 2/23 and out 2/24. Tried calling the desk from phone in room because the TV would not work and blood was on curtain, wall and couch and pee stains on sheets. 3 times - no answer. Walked to desk and found another person waiting said he had been there awhile. I rang the bell and the lady came in from outside. She called the maintenance guy to check on the TV. It was agreed that the TV was shot and saw the blood. Agreed to change rooms. 2 had not been cleaned even though they were marked ready. 1 only had 1 bed which would not work. 1 TV not working with pee stain on bed. 1 was occupied but guest was not in room. 1 had people occupied having sex. We traveled out of our way to stay at your hotel because you had an indoor pool. My 4yr old grandson had driven in the car for 12 hours looking forward to swimming. Upon check in I was told that the pool was closed because it needed chemicals and the people had not come yet, very disappointing. When we pulled out sleeper sofa, sheet was balled up and had hair and wrappers on it. Sink cabinet had holes at the sides of it. My husband had to fix the toilet seat, cause it was falling off. Bathroom faucet was loose. We passed many hotels on our trip this was our first time staying at a country suites will not stay at this brand again. Clerk at front desk was very nice. Positive: Check in was fast Negative: The inside smelled old and like wet dog, the hotel rooms were DIRTY, bathroom had black mold, and the fan in the bathrooms was laying on the counter. Bed seemed to be clean at least.

DO NOT STAY HERE. When we booked this hotel for an overnight stay, we specifically requested adjoining rooms due to traveling with our children. The hostess assured us—absolutely—that they could accommodate adjoining rooms and even provide a rollaway bed, stating it would be more comfortable. We were also told we needed to book immediately because rooms were filling up. Upon arrival, we were informed that they do not offer adjoining rooms or rollaway beds at all—the complete opposite of what we were promised. When we entered our room, it smelled strongly of stinky feet and cat urine. While sitting on the bed, I noticed a cockroach crawling across the floor. We attempted to cancel and receive a refund but were told that wasn’t possible. Instead, they moved us to another room, which was just

Dirty. Had to change my own sheets they were so dirty. The hotels is nice but very dirty. Everywhere. Breakfast was old and scarce. Bread old. No milk, no oj. Lady at the desk was sitting in the back room and refused to get up. She would yell from the back what do you want.... do not stay here. Also, the room did not have a smoke detector. Big no-no!
