Holiday Inn Express & Suites Griffin by IHG

Got there there was a line. But the front desk clerk did her best held her self together. She was so nice. It seemed like everyone wanted to check in at once. But great job!! The hotel was very clean . Got to out room loved bath room and that was spotless. We always check our beds they were clean as well!! No disappointment. Everyone has different taste in mattresses and pillows they were good but we like a firmer pillow. But I slept well knowing I was clean! Thats what we look for in a hotel no pets aloud and cleanliness. We were there for softball tournament so we didn't get to try out breakfast. I would go back here!! Also best parking!!! Usually its a tight fit or not alot of spaces but i loved it!! I drive a big truck so perfect!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and several Holiday Inns, this one stands out because of just how clean it is and how fresh smelling the rooms are. A nice breakfast in the morning and they refilled everything quickly. Walking distance to a few restaurants, Walmart and Marshall's. Highly recommend.

Positive: I had better service at the location than on the phone. Negative: I didn't like that I needed extra towels being Im disable and it take more for my body issues. I couldn't take a bath/shower because my bathroom had a tub and I can't climb. I needed a walkin with a bath chair.

My family stayed here for a wedding on September 19, 2025. We were so pleased with every amenity. The rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were 5+. We couldn’t be more pleased with the hotel location as it was safe with great selection of shopping and restaurants.

If you're coming in late, make sure you check your room coffee pot before you go to bed. Otherwise you run the risk of no in room coffee when you wake up lol... Other than that, location convenient to many restaurants and only 15 minutes from the track.
