Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Griffin North

The staff and room itself were fine. Fresh sheets and towels daily, and staff was very nice. The room was fine for it being an Econo Lodge. Never expected a Star 5 hotel but it served the purpose. The "regulars" though were the issue. Very shady people, many of which were doped up or mentally crazy. Loud arguments outside. Crazy people knocking on my room door, and the smell of weed was rampant. Overall I survived, and the room itself was fine, but they really need to do something about cleaning up the shady people that hang around the property making noise and causing issues all hours of the night.

We usually get jacuzzi room this time had to get king size room and nosey side of building by restaurant/bar heard noises all night long. This is our go to place for relaxing on a weekend or week day.1st time seeing a roach in bathroom killed it cause didn't want any hitchhiking back with us. Still be back cause its hr away from us plus few stores to shop at.

We travel a lot for business and we stayed here for a few months. They have special weekly rates. The pool was always clean. The room were clean and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. I could call the front desk day or night and they would bring me whatever I needed for the room, sheets and towels and such. They new us by our names. The breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of different foods from waffles and muffins to eggs and sausauge. We called this place "home". We loved the location and how welcome we felt there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

1 star just to post! I stayed here due to the reviews. After staying im trying to figure where the reviews came from or if they paid them to write. This has been the worse place I've ever stayed! Toilet was messed up, wouldn't flush and when it did, it backed up. Bed, u can feel every spring and it was like it was broke in the middle. The odor was awful 😖 bugs covered the bathroom floor when I turned light on, bugs crawling on walls. Mildew all over the bathroom, besides it wasn't even cleaned. I could go on. If ya want to party and crash this is the place, but I highly DO NOT recommend this place. Only thing I can say nice is the lady that checked us in was very nice. Wish I could add pictures to back up what I say but it won't let me. Just save your money!

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The tub had hair in it so I never used. The couch was dirty. Went and bought blankets for the bed just to be able to sleep was not fixing to undo the covers rather lay on top. Size of the room and work space was really good.
