Spark by Hilton Vestal Binghamton University Area

I was thoroughly impressed with my first stay at a Spark. The hotel was so clean throughout. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just grab and go, which was fine because we only had coffee and didn't want a hotel with a hot breakfast. Great location by the University which is why we booked.

Had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The staff was super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. The location was also a big plus — close to everything and convenient to get around. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay and I’d definitely come back again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay!

Stayed at this hotel with my dad when he came to pick me up from college. The front desk staff was really nice and welcoming however there was an incident during my stay where I requested to speak to the manager Martin and he didn’t even care to talk to us or acknowledge our request. This was extremely unprofessional by a “manager” and we expected better. Everything else was great.

Update #2: Unfortunately, the manager Martin, has once again demonstrated extremely unprofessional and harassing behavior—this time weeks after we were no longer staying at the property. His conduct is entirely inappropriate for someone in this role. During our last stay, he falsely accused us of attempting to “pull a con.” This was later resolved when it was confirmed that our bill had, in fact, been fully paid and that the issue stemmed from his own inability to properly use the system. Rather than handling the situation professionally, he later interrogated us over the phone about a family member when I contacted him regarding a new reservation. We then learned that he went as far as contacting that family member’s employer—instead of reaching out to us directly as the guests—and provid

I stayed at this hotel for business and will stay there again. It’s a very clean, newly renovated motel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly, clean and spacious. Stacy at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juices.
