Positive: Convenient location to Dulles. Good shuttle service. Negative: No cup in the room! No hot food for breakfast!! Too many carbs! No milk!

I had a poor experience concerning cleanliness and upkeep at the Best Western nearby and was fortunate enough to secure a room here. A very clean and spacious room with basic accommodations. Not the typical extensive hotel breakfast, but still has some great option. Only downside is the shuttle is not 24 hours, but the two men who checked me in gave me an alternative recommendation for a driver.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room amenities are sparse but met our needs. We will definitely stay here again. All the staff were friendly. Jamie kept the breakfast area clean abd stocked. She was chatty abf friendly. Margarita greeted every guest warmly and asked engaging questions about us and offered suggestions on things to do in the area. This was also true of the desk staff who greeted us at checkin.

This is a very basic hotel, though still slightly better than the Econo Suites by Wyndham. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. Location is in the back of Sheetz, convenient for getting gas for trips. Hotel is not fancy. But they shine in customer experience, problem solving, and positiveness. They appreciated my business. Resolved problem quickly and efficiently. Loved the friendly checkin text! Came during Thanksgiving, was treated delightfully! G|Ladies who worked week of Thanksgiving- "Jan" And "Marg" are Rockstars!!!|Room is simple but clean. Spacious. Continental Breakfast was simple but fine. Area kept nicely and didn't run out of items.
