Modesto is a bit ugly, but the motel was very good. Nice complementary breakfast

The staff that I encountered here was nothing but warm and cordial. All to often, when I'm dealing with late night check ins, it seems like the staff at most hotels are burdened by helpi g me check in. Not the case here. A warm smile, accurate information and human kindness. Yay for them!

A very acceptable budget hotel with excellent breakfast options. everything was clean and tidy, with effective blackout curtains and comfortable beds. the only reason this is not a five star review is that some standard-fare hotel materials were lacking, like any kind of cups in the room

Positive: "" Negative: Got locked out of a room for over an hour because the key cards didn't work did not receive a refund and were charged $60 for supposed stains on 3 towels that was just from normal use.

Outstanding customer service by Andrea, Marisol, and Perla. Also the rest of the staff is super friendly and know how to deliver excellent customer service. Clean rooms, good breakfast choices and coffee available 24x7. Thank you!! Highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.
