Spark by Hilton Little Rock West

We stayed here last minute after our flight was canceled, and this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. The room was in poor condition..the remote didn’t work, the towel rack literally fell off the wall, there were flower petals and a used vape under the bed, and the shower was broken. The bathroom looked more like a rehab facility than a hotel room. Overall, it felt extremely run down and not properly maintained even though it was supposed to be a newer hotel… For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. This room should have been a budget motel rate (I’m talking $45 a night instead of $111, not a Hilton-branded stay. I would not recommend this location and would not stay here again.

This start was such a let down. It could’ve been great, but the mark was missed. Check in… the lady has to check my room was clean before I could check in (an hour after I was supposed to). My stay… constant buzzing or ringing from something nearby. People knocking on the door in the evening. An alarm went off at 2AM scaring us back awake. Then at 9AM they were knocking trying to clean our room when check out is at 11AM.

This was my first stay at a Hilton Spark hotel. Until this trip, I was unaware of this sub-brand. The building, elevator and rooms are solidly built and have a contemporary atmosphere. There was more than adequate parking and a seating area for breakfast. Our room was a single queen size bed option, which included a work desk and seating area for one person. The furniture was relatively new and moderately comfortable. The desk chair had a broken back and had to be replaced. After getting the replacement chair, I realized that it was simply a poor design. The bathroom was clean with good sink space for toiletries and make-up. The shower was easily big enough for two people if that’s your thing. I have no complaints about the building. It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Only

Greatover night stay. Clean spacious room. Nice king bed. Liked having a stand alone shower rather than a tub. Commode had an issue which couldn’t be fixed due to our late arrival although we were offered another room. This didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet was fine although only cereals, bagels and muffins with no hot offerings. Definitely stay again. And this was a pet friendly location and our small dogs were also comfortable

The room was really large. That kind of surprised me for a hotel. Customer service was a little bit above average. The room itself appear to be reasonably cleaned although we did find a used to wash cloth on top of the rod that holds the shower curtain. Outside of the room...hallways and entrance area has been neglected for days if not weeks. Spider webs hanging down the front with a large spider in it, black looking mold around several seals. Several public areas smelled old and not well maintained. For the price we paid I am fine with it but I most likely won't return unless there's some super special deal. Really no breakfast to speak of they had some yogurt and some pastries and maybe some hard boiled eggs but I remember correctly. Very limited protein mostly just carb items.
