While the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the overall guest experience was significantly marred by inconsistent service and a lack of basic amenities. Service & Policy Issues • Late Checkout Fees: A $40 surcharge for a 2:00 PM checkout—even for loyalty members—is disappointing and feels like unnecessary "nickel and dimming." • Inflexible Housekeeping: Despite declining full room service, simple requests for extra towels and washcloths were denied by staff in the hallway. Being directed to call the front desk for items physically present on a nearby housekeeping cart is inefficient and lacks a hospitality-first mindset. • Amenity Inconsistency: My room was missing a standard microwave upon arrival. While this was eventually resolved via a room move, I was initially told no replac

We stayed here for few nights. Overall a great experience. Very friendly staff. Hotel itself is great and in a good location. Very nice indoor pool. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had the usual amenities including fridge and microwave. Only concern I had was that the breakfast didn’t meet up to the expectations. Even a lower tier hotel has some type of hot breakfast like scrambled eggs or sausage but this one didn’t have any. One day they didn’t have boiled eggs since they ran out of it the previous day and didn’t buy more apparently. So seeing only cold items for the breakfast at a Hilton really surprised me. I stayed at a Tru by Hilton property the night before and they had hot breakfast. Anyway outside of this one issue, overall a great experience.

I recently had a weekend stay in Lexington for my birthday the price was great and the beds was comfortable and it was clean. I was impressed with the amenities with free WiFi, in room microwave and fridge. The pillows was super soft and comfortable also. The parking was great with a lighted parking lot and easy access to the front of the building. As a single woman traveling with her child, great and safe parking was a plus. The managers and staff are very sweet and welcoming. Shout out to Adam Routh for the excellent service! I would give 5 stars because I loved this hotel over the expensive Marriott I stayed in but there was a strange stain of some sort over the shower. I did tell management is case it was just an over site room 202

I absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Sparks! The level of service was outstanding — I felt genuinely acknowledged and appreciated from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to find a hotel that truly values its guests the way this one does. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I also really appreciated the Zero products provided — a high-end, eco-friendly touch that made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be returning!

The hotel was one of several on our 2000 mile journey and it was the best one of them all!! Very clean, very friendly staff, awesomely comfortable king size bed, washing machine and dryer right across the room from us. We wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect price!
