Eden Resort & Suites

Very large resort. Room was decent size but bathroom was on smaller side for 4 star hotel. Weird barn doors on bathroom that dont really shut completely. Lady at front desk said shed show us our room and proceeded by making a pen mark on map. Last 4 star walked us to the room. We had to ask best place to park for our room, wasnt told to us. Drove around the building to see construction on half the parking lot. When we left during the day couldnt find parking spot near our entrance when we came back due to construction. Wasnt a bad place but for the four star rating and price, there wasnt much help to us at all. Think staff could have more interaction with guests making them feel like they were at a great resort

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff are super nice and hospitable. I was a little surprised however that our room was not ready when we got there at 4:50pm, when it states online check in is at 4:00. However, by 5:10ish our room was ready and looked nice. We booked a room with a direct door to the indoor pool which was super convenient for us! We had a great time using the pool with our toddler. This was a resort that was packed with kids, which obviously we didn’t mind, but I could see it being an annoyance to others so just something to keep in mind. We had lots of screaming kids and were splashed a lot by then at the pool, totally fine by us as we have a child as well, but important heads up to adults who might be wanting a kid free trip. Our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The pool was fun for the kids. My only issue was the light that shone through the door at night. I kept thinking I hadn’t shut the door, so I was up all night checking it.

This review is long overdue. Our family stays at the Eden Resort every summer. We have always had wonderful experiences. This summer was no exception. Unfortunately we were in a very serious car accident upon leaving the Eden heading home to New York. We were driving on the streets within the farm areas when we were hit on the passenger’s side. Our car flipped twice and we were upside down. The Lancaster FD and first responders were amazing and miraculously no one was seriously injured. Thankfully The Eden accommodated our family and we went back to stay there that night. In particular, Wayne Palmero and his staff were sympathetic, compassionate and helpful. We will be forever grateful and will continue to stay at the Eden Resort every year.
