Fiancé and I stayed here end of December. We found BED BUGS in our hotel room at 2am. Reception moved us and said we'd have to talk to the manager in the morning to discuss a refund. Since the lobby was busy with breakfast, my fiancé was trying to speak quietly, since the topic was sensitive. This manager proceeded to say he'd been "anticipating" our conversation and that the geotagged, time-stamped photos and videos on our phone were not enough proof of bedbugs as they "could have been taken anywhere." ???? Considering this was the first hotel room we stayed at on our trip, and we don't have a bedbug infestation at home, this is just a way to avoid accountability. He informed us that the owner of the hotel would inspect the room himself and if he found bedbugs, he'd notify us. Right, that

Manager Great guy. Desk Staff not so much. Room clean,Shower updated. Location right next to Buckees on a main highway. Very noisy with all the traffic. But it was a good spot for the night passing through. Dog friendly and plenty of places to eat inches area. Great rates for that area...

Positive: "" Negative: All fees were supposed to be included but when I checked in I had to pay another two hundred dollars for my pet's. The manager was very rude and the room was dirty.

The large man at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. Threatened to call the cops on me because he was being extremely rude to me and I snapped back at him. The room was dirty. The microwave didn't work. Towels and bedding was stained and there was 2 nasty bars of used soap in the shower. Also there was dog feces on the balcony and trash everywhere out there. And there was just an all over filth over every thing. I cleaned an area of the left side of the toilet paper holder just to show how nasty it was. DISGUSTING🤢 And the rude "man" at the front desk.. Won't ever be back.

Hilton!!!! You all are so wrong for this! I feel like I’m on a pranked TV show. You advertise a balcony!! There’s no balcony the rooms are outside so I guess the entry way to all the rooms they’re calling a balcony!! I checked in the day before on the app as I always do being a Hilton member I picked my room 403. We got here yesterday to check in at 5pm I’m told there are no more King rooms! What!?! I checked in yesterday & picked my room how are there no more king rooms!!! They had 2 queen rooms & I even told the lady that’s fine as long as I have a balcony she said yes you do have a balcony! Smh I will say the room was clean BUT both the sink & the tub had slow drains. The tub was really bad! My husband had to wait 30 mins to take a shower after I had took one first! So please if you thi
