Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

Waited 12 minutes in the front lobby to check in before the front desk person “which I had to ask if he was the front desk person”. finally showed up out of nowhere.There was no notifications on desk that they stepped away and would be back in a short period of time just a messy front desk. All I can say about my interactions with the front desk clerk is big man you need to work on your people skills they suck. Room was spacious not very clean. Neither was the bathroom. The bed was so so. The little porch and the fire pit was a plus. The price I paid for the room wasn’t bad either.

Hotel is very clean and staff was responsive to a request . Breakfast was ample. The only negative that we experienced was the ice machine was broke and so was the keypad for the side entrance , making a security a little sketchy. Very safe area so this may not be a big issue or they may lock the door after a certain time. I will stay again.

We stayed here while on vacation in Tennessee. For the price, the rooms were not bad. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and there were a fair amount of towels and you could ask for extras with no issues. The floor was not entirely clean and the bathtub had someone's hair in it. The bathroom floor also had someone's leftover hair. But otherwise, the beds were made and room was generally clean. Customer service was good and representatives at the front desk were helpful. Area was a great location, near various activities, food and shopping. Continental breakfast was decent and they were not closed exactly at the said time, which allowed us time to comfortably finish breakfast even if we reached close to closing of the room. This hotel is just"OK". There are probably better options in the area in this price range.The front desk staff were not very customer friendly, no smile, no "how are you?" The room was OK, they did honor our request of a room on the backside so it was more quiet from traffic outside. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The kids did love the heated pool,and it was nice that it was accessible 24/7.
