La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Sevierville / Kodak

This was the best place we stayed during our 7-day trip! Thank you so much! The mattresses were extremely comfortable, the room was perfectly clean, and all toiletries were provided. After a long day on the road, the pool was exactly what our family needed — our kids relaxed and had such a great time! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was also wonderful — everything was fresh and delicious. We truly felt at home here. Thank you again — we will definitely come back!

I came to TN for a funeral & wanted to stay for 3days but ended up leaving after the first day. If there was a zero rating, I would have put it. There was spit on the window, writing on the window and the walls, we woke up itchy because apparently there were bed bugs in the bed. Bed Bugs!? There was little to no service. Every time we asked to speak to a manager, it seemed like they were avoiding us. The front desk attendant said that the manager was going to give us a refund for the two days we didn’t stay. We called & still not able to speak to a manager. We just want to get a refund for our stay( the two days we didn’t stay)

I'll start with the good! The location was great and they had availability! The pool was small but nice ans warm! The breakfast was also good, fresh waffles, cereal, coffee but the eggs and sausage were cold. There's a microwave so I just warmed them up. The room was disgusting! I've included in my pictures how there was water coming in through the window and resting on the windowsill, along with rusted screws and bugs in the track! When I checked for bed bugs, which I do everywhere I go before unpacking, there was a dirty spill behind the nightstand that was wet and dark, and there was garbage and spider webs under the mattress. The room looked like it was made as an afterthought because of all the horrible trim and caulking everywhere, and then I figured out why! On the fire safety eva

The room was clean, the beds were decent. Had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper when housekeeping didn’t come in partway through our stay even though we took down the do not disturb sign. The hot tub is just the shallow end of the pool and wasn’t hot at all. The bathroom shower was hotter than the “hot tub.” Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel with waffle makers.

We've stayed here several times over the last couple years. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. They keep the hotel clean and the beds are comfortable. The only complaints I have are about restocking the rooms and maintaining the pool. The soaps and shampoo aren't always filled or replaced when they should be. Also, this time the pool is green. Meaning the chemicals are likely out of balance. But, those are minor concerns. Overall, I like staying here and will continue to recommend them.
