Fantastic Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable bed, clean room. Large shower with great water pressure, so relaxing. The breakfast spread is one of the best I’ve had at any holiday inn express. Kathy did a wonderful job keeping the Breakfast items fresh and served with a smile. Friendly service, great clean rooms, delicious breakfast, fair prices… what’s not to love?

Great room, clean and not noisy. We were on the first floor so I was a bit worried we'd hear everything, but nope. TVs could be a bit better and the HVAC unit could be a better, but nothing too bad. All breakfast was seemingly pre-frozen, but we didn't eat it so I can't say if it was good or not. Logan checked us in and was very quick. Good area right by Bass Pro Shops. A bit out of the way of all the hustle of Knoxville and Sevierville but close enough to everything to be convenient.

I simply love this hotel! The hotel itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the room is really nice with carpeted bedroom floor and super comfy bed and pillows. My small fridge was making noises, so I reported it, and it was attended to right away. I was even surprised by their weightroom changes. It is small but I get to do everything I need to do. Even has 3 resistance bands to add to the cardio and dumbbell rack up to 50lbs. Breakfast choices are standard, but they do a great job of keeping it clean and stocked. Lot of workers stay here and always stomping their dirty shoes around, but the staff clean it up quick. Close by the interstate and Exit 407 which is great, but only 1 good restaurant in the area (Chop House). Food City down the road has a good salad/hot bar with soups and a cafe to sit at until 7.

I want to thank the manager Randy and staff for our beautiful ❤️ orchid they gave us for our stay. It was our Anniversary. We got married several years ago in Gatlinburg, TN. and we have been staying there for several years as well. We love the hotel, staff, and Kathy at the breakfast bar is a wonderful sweet lady. She always makes sure everyone has what they need before she closes up. Most wouldn't care, but not her!!! That's a 5 Star !! I love talking to her when we visit. Was blessed to have stayed there twice this year! The hotel is super clean and that's a pet peeve for me! The room was very clean. Front desk was super sweet. Breakfast was good.
