First of all this was the worst of the worst. WHEN I SAY THE WORST IT'S THE WORST. When I entered the room the smell knocked me back out the door. My daughter had to go out to Walmart to buy candles to kill the smell. The furniture had burns from cigarette all over. The bedding was horrific. The sheets looks like they had been on the bed for the homeless. The blanket had all kinds of knits in it like no one ever washed it. And, don't let me not forget about theROACHES they was crawling everywhere. My dog came along with me and he didn't evev want to sleep on the floor with is own CLEAN BED. Honestly , it is a great thing they offer extended stays and pets !! .. However do beware this place does have roaches . I'm sore it is hard to keep up with especially with people living there . They do inspections weekly to make sure the room is t damaged not sure if they look for cleanliness . I know my room was cleaner when I left then when I arrived . The first night my socks were black . They say they are treating it for pests but the first room we walked in had them crawling around . I pulled the dresser out there was a out 30 dead ones behind the dresser . The rooms could be cleaned better for sure . We walked through 5 rooms before we found one that was bug free. We would still kill one a day . The room wasn't ready for check in tho so I had to clean the room myself . I didn't have

The previous manager, Matt, was so helpful and caring to all tenants. The new management, Stephanie and owner Michael are very sneaky and ONLY care about the money people can bring him. The pet fee is outrageous, the rooms look good at first glance but once you're there for more than a week, you can see all the mold and cockroach nests that have completely infested the entire building. The pool has not been working for over a year, and there is only 1 room with a full kitchen DO NOT GO OFF THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. When my family and I decided to move on there was an entire roach nest behind our dresser that we only kept clothes in. There was black mold on our ceiling that we had told the new management about but was turned down for ANY help to get rid of it and I have plenty of picture

Everything about tis place is deceiving!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!! go by the pictures on their website it is the definition of false advertisement. They have a picture of a beautiful pool well, they have a pool but it is cement with no water it's full of lawn chairs and weeds. They show all this guest cookouts and everyone a big happy family, DOES NOT EXSIST!! There are a 2 people that cause chaos all the time. Becky is one of them. She will go past your room and take pictures of it if the curtains are open and she also does the same if you are sitting at the community picnic table trying to enjoy the fresh air. The other one is Brittany who will try to pump everyone for information so she can tell all your business to whoever will listen. BEWARE!! these 2 people are key holders to all the roo

The smell of the room knocked you out, smelled like a wet dog, and very dirty the carpet. No wash clothes no soap for washing your hands. The sink had dried soap scum top of the faucet had some terrible things on it. Look if you have bad allergies, don't go there it's full of dust mites. No telling what else, The bed only had one pillow per bed. Highly disappointed.
