Antwane set the tone w his welcoming smile, good conversation, and suggestions of where to eat. Gated entry enhanced the feeling of safety. Hotel itself is new and clean; and the room was pristine and surprisingly spacious. Breakfast and lunch were great and a wonderful time/money-saver. Mario at the front desk went above and beyond helping me. All staff were kind. Hotel was quiet. Minimal sound from the highway, felt like white noise. And the shuttle was a life-saver as it had my hospital as one of the stops available. Recommend 100%!!

Driver was the best and friendly staff. Free breakfast and rooms were great. All accommodations included. Recommend for anyone trying to stay close to the city. Service was excellent the beds are comfy and the complementary ride to the venue was great.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Every single staff member was really nice, the front day receptionist was 10/10 kind and helpful. Breakfast was standard but FREE - boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagels, oatmeal, and coffee (I stress free bc a lot of other hotels charge for a spread similar to this in the area). Parking was also free AND gated, which I thought was awesome. Because it's gated, you have to buzz in when you're first checking in, but your room key card will scan you in and out after that. Ubers were super easy to get at the hotel as well, just let the front desk know that you ordered one and they'll holler at you once they get there. The staff and service are excellent. The price is good. This hotel is a good value. Is the building noisy? yes. But at this hotel you still get more than you pay for. Showers are clean and hot. Rooms are clean. Antwane the shuttle driver was great.

Spark is wonderful new addition to the Dallas Hotel industry! The staff is top-notch! I loved the secure parking especially when arriving at night. My room was great. :) It was very clean, comfortable & meticulous maintained. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Mario who was kind, accommodating & answered all my questions with ease. Antoine went the extra mile by helping carry my medical equipment to my room. He had amazing energy! He just makes you smile. Lastly, I was lucky enough to meet the GM Rita before I left the property. After meeting Rita it all made sense why this hotel is a paving the way in optimum guest services. She was fantastic! ❤️ I'm looking forward to my next stay. 🙂
