Southern Suites Cartersville

I have had a good stay at the Efficiency Lodge. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I appreciated having a kitchenette, which made things convenient and helped me feel more at home. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The property was generally quiet, and the location was convenient for getting to stores and nearby places. For the price, it offered good value, especially for someone needing a longer-term option. Overall, my room met my expectations, and I recommend this place to everyone

If I could give the manager a 10, I would...she is very concientious to every detail and truly cares about this property. I've read some of the reviews in which people state issues which are untrue. It is a very pleasant, clean, economical place to stay. As far as the long term guests, everyone is very nice and respectful of others. They tolerate no nonsense and will act upon if necessary. For anyone to say anything negative about, it simply isn't true. It is very safe, quiet, and convenient to everything. Also they are no pests which is amazing. It is a pet friendly property which is a big plus.

Nice rooms , doing a lot to upgrade, you can stay for a day or a year . The manager Alecia is beyond helpful , Kevin in maintenance is on the ball ,pest control a great place to stay if your working in the area , plus there are resident “block parties” on some holidays . All in all a great place to be and stay

Location is ideal just off I-75 and shopping really close in Cartersville. Restaurants within walking distance. Rooms larger than most. No frills on service. Had to wash my own linens. Stayed 2 weeks while my apartment was getting remodeled.

Traveling medical professional here just transferred from CT . Found this location last minute on Xmas Eve . BEST PRICE in town ! . Both Alicia’s helped me last minute with a great studio . Clean quiet and safe . I’m very happy 🥰 Merry Christmas 🎄
