South Padre Island Inn

This hotel was awesome. It met all our needs. The price was great. It’s not a high end hotel but was clean and NO BED BUGS or bugs of any kind. The staff were very nice competent and helpful. Situated in the middle of everything. The pool and jacuzzi was nice. Pool area was clean plenty of chairs. The water was clean and didn’t have a bunch of chlorine in it. But the best thing we liked was the beds. They were so comfortable to sleep on. Best sleep I have gotten in a long time. Better than my bed at home. Fridge and microwave worked and were clean. Parking is great. Will stay here again.

I was scared to stay here after reading the reviews, but my sister needed an affordable place that accepted dogs and had a refrigerator for medicine. We also needed to be centrally located for our excursions. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. We were able to check in early. The rooms were big, clean, and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will come back again. This time we will pack kitchen supplies to take advantage of the stove top so we can make hot meals.

Clean room and good smelling rooms. Safe property. The $100 cash deposit is annoying but understandable for the “party town” it is in. No kid friendly tv shows. For night time. Things like Disney is unavailable. Other than it’s a great place to sleep with the family

Positive: Location was great. Negative: Wanted 100.90 dollars for incidentals in cash. No real breakfast just cereal and toast

Rooms were nice spacious and clean housekeeping done a great job. Front desk staff was very attentive and even made a point to check on long-term guests when they had not been seen or heard of for a day or so. Highly would recommend
