Seabreeze I Condominiums

The location of the condos are ideal. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenient stores. The beach access is incredibly easy for everyone. The pool and hot tub are well kept. The condo we stayed in was super cute, and the staff was incredibly nice. Our vacation was full of joy, and happy memories. I would recommend Seabreeze to anyone!

This is a fantastic condo rental! It's exceptionally clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The office was a pleasure to communicate with providing clear instructions that enhanced our stay. We highly recommend this property for its comfortable living space and convenient location. We will be sure to stay here again.

This is the second time in the last 5 years that we have stayed here. The condo is large enough to accommodate all 11 of us. Adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is a galley style but good. If you bake in the oven and hold it open even for a short time, the fire alarm goes off. Don’t bake!!!!! The pool is great. Ample patio furniture. Access to the beach is awesome. Only parking for 2 cars so extras must park across the street. We did with no problems. Public beach access is next door so when we found a parking spot open, we parked our car and used the public access until check in

We go to this hotel every year and I love it!!! Its close to the beach so you can just walk there! Then the rooms always smell amazing, are air conditioned, have nice beds, all the amenities and a washer/dryer, has a nice view on floors 2-5 and floor 1 has an easy way to got to the beach(not using the stairs/ elevator) and the patios have a gate! The pool is awesome and big and the hot tub is great as well and you meet all kinds of people! The staff is great and cleans the rooms well and is very friendly and keeps the pool/hot tub nice and clean! We've gone here for 14 years straight!

We have tried several Condo places in SPI, and we absolutely love this location. Rooms are exceptionally clean, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, the staff is so nice and accommodating. The walk to the beach is short and unbelievably easy with the laid out mat. You are so close to the beach, sitting on the balcony feels like you are on the beach! Thank you for making all our trips here wonderful! Oh, not to mention the assigned parking is a huge plus!! No worries when leaving at night and having to find parking. You got a spot!
