Retama Landing

DO NOT STAY HERE (Retama Landing #2), OR USE VACASA AS YOUR HOST! Check in was to be 4pm and at most places you can check in early. We waited until 4pm, went up to the door and punched in the code. Once we opened the door, there was stuff everywhere. Backpacks, blankets, etc..We texted our host, who took forever to respond, and they said they would reach out to the local host. As we are waiting, a cleaning crew shows up to "clean". Takes them 20 minutes to "clean". Then they leave. The place was not cleaned, just picked up. You could feel the sand under your shoes when you walked in. Hairs in the bathtub and on the sheets in BOTH rooms. Stains on the towels, ugh, gross. Just nasty. We always go by reviews, which had to be fake or AI, as this place was so disgusting. When we asked for a cre

Stayed in condo 1, very nice place for a large group of friends. It was close to beach access 11, two great bathrooms, lots of sleeping spaces and couches, nice tv sets and bedrooms with a private pool in the back!

Stayed in unit 4. Very clean. Nice pool for kids. No complaints at all. More spacious than the pictures show

This property is awesome. We have a great time every time we go. Very close to the beach.
