The hotel is rated as a 3 star but it’s comparable to a 2. The rooms are clean and have a nice suite area with a separate sink area facilitating a microwave and fridge. |There was no tea or coffee available for the coffee maker. The breakfast was decent in respect to the eggs and sides. The butter and jelly were in a family style tub so it appears they are making cuts for money. That was not sanitary at all. |But overall, the room was a good value.

I booked this hotel for my executive last month for a quick one night stay. Her experience while she was there went great and she told me to book her there moving forward. She was thrilled with it. Unfortunately the customer service on the back end of the stay was disappointing enough to change her mind. In an attempt to get an invoice for accounting I called the hotel and each one of the three dialing options on the automated system sent me to an “incomplete number” - making it impossible to get literally anybody in any department on the line or even leave a voicemail. I then tried pulling up her stay online using her confirmation number & info and got a “reservation not found” message. Fine. I submitted a message to their support team through the online form and waited far past the 24-4

Ash, at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I seldom leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. He embodied the customer service spirit that is missing from so many experiences today. Room was clean and stocked well. The rest of the staff exceptionally friendly

Positive: The night clerk was courteous, professional, and had helpful answers. Check-in was smooth. He explained charges that would occur during my stay The beds in the room were were comfortable and helped me sleep well! Good temperature control. Negative: Carpet in room contaminated. Mold on aged pastry in the morning. No chair for desk in room. No switch for lights near couch - had to plug and unplug. Alarm clock too complicated. TV remote didn't work. No towel to step onto from shower - wet floor.

The staff was super friendly and extremely nice. The exterior of the building and location wasn't bad, but corporate really needs to update the inside. This is really a 2-2.5 star calling itself a 3 star with a 4 star price. If you can get a $60 or less on priceline you'll be fine, but $140 a night(at the desk) even $100 a night, id suggest shopping around a bit.. Again not any reflection on the staff, im just being honest and I travel quite a bit....Corporate should bring the inside of your hotel up to par with the great staff you have...
