Definitely think twice about staying here. We booked this room for one night for a game at BOA stadium because we were bringing a large dog and few hotels had a policy that fit. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Upon arrival, the room was dark and musty. We didn’t have any time to look too hard as we had a few minutes to settle the dog and get to the stadium. Upon return, there were roaches on the kitchen counter. We didn’t have any choice due to time of night and having a dog, so we stuck it out. We looked through both beds for bed bugs (found none) but had to choose the cleanest of the two beds. Both nightstands were disgusting. We also put our food trash that we came back with in the freezer so the roaches couldn’t feast all night. Thank goodness we didn’t have bags. However th

Amazing value! The kiddos and I stayed for one night because we were in Charlotte exploring on their New Year’s break! Loved the fact that parking is $5 / car bc other places charge so much more. There was only one person at the check in counter and he was on the phone when I arrived so there was an 8 minute wait but I didn’t mind too much bc the kiddos just went to the bathroom while we waited. Our room was clean we didn’t have any issues and the bath water was a great temperature. The best part of course was the breakfast the next morning just be aware that it is only from 7 am - 9 am and if muffins, yogurt , oatmeal run out they don’t have anymore in the back to put out so plan your time accordingly. We did have to get a worker to put out more plates . Overall yes I would stay here agai

The bad: Bullet hole in window (see photos) but room type was already oversold and this was only one left; carpets very stained with questionable blood drippings trail (see photos); refrigerator made loud noises; basketball court about 10 yards from our room (#102) and on the first night people played, yelled and screamed until about 4 a.m.; gate to recreational area was bolted to the wall our room was backed up to and slammed whenever someone opened it; someone’s glass was busted out of truck window in back parking lot; security exit door by our room did not work and you could just walk in through the stairwell door right next to it; waffle makers not working, nor was toaster in the breakfast buffet (at least the one morning we tried to eat there); reported bullet hole at checkout and cl

Our experience was far from pleasant. The room had a lot of dust on the air conditioning vents, and the furnishings were in poor condition. The bathroom seemed to have ventilation problems, as there was even mold on the ceiling. The people working at the front desk lacked basic customer service skills. On our last day, when we went to breakfast, the person working there provided terrible service; it was as if they didn't want anyone to touch anything that was being served. We honestly didn't like the hotel at all.
