Sonesta ES Suites Birmingham Homewood

The manager on duty 2/24/26 was extremely helpful with getting me booked via the Stay and Park promotion. He was a lifesaver. Upon arrival I next Nick. He was very helpful in finding my me a cart for my luggage. Breakfast was good. There was a huge assortment to choose from however the attendant was kinda on the rude side. Not enough that I would give a bad review. She meant well with the information she was giving, her delivery was simply on the rude side. She seems like a nice lady but the hospitality industry has no room for rudeness when the task at hand is providing a hospitable environment. Jimmie checked me out and she’s amazing!!! She made me feel at home. Which is what the experience is all about at your home away from home while traveling! I will definitely be back. Thanks so muc

Positive: n/a Negative: The hotel was very dated. The tv's services did not work - no live tv or free streaming. Additional, pluming was horrible facet was leaking on underneath to the carpeting and water damage was present in the wall. Also the toilet was running constantly.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonesta ES Suites Homewood! Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp linens. The staff, especially at the front desk, were so friendly and helpful, even arranging a late check-out for us. The breakfast was hot and had a fantastic variety. The location was perfect, within reasonable distance to major sights. Our only minor issue was departing so soon. Highly recommend! Great Prices! Great atmosphere!

It was clean quit and very comfortable. Restaurants in walking distance very convenient . Beds was comfortable it was like a studio apartment. Will stay again

I booked via the Dayuse app just for a couple of hours to rest away from home. I'm terrible with names, but my check in date was 2/26. I got the room for 6 hours. The lady who checked me in was very nice and was a pleasure to chat with (given I really hate small talk). Talking with her was a great intro to a relaxing short stay. She provided me with a room ducked off so I could get the rest I was craving. When I checked out, the young man let me know he was new and wanted to make sure he was doing everything correctly. He made a small mistake by recharging my card, but was very apologetic and took every step to make a correction. He was very sweet and kept honest communication open with me. Received a call from the GM apologizing for the young man mistake and he assured me it was being cor
