The staff is amazing and will take care of any issues you may encounter while you stay here. Rooms are always clean when you come in which I believe is a great thing. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful as well as the housekeepers and the front desk staff.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. They had a situation with their water and they were very communicative. They let us know when it was shut off and when it turned back on. Negative: This was a privately owned hotel which the rooms smelt clean. Personally they did not feel clean to me. Also they have a $50 pet fee per night as a heads up.

First issue... I had to yell to get attention from back room when I walked in both times. Run by young Indian guy. The lobby was empty. No furniture like the pictures show!! They were supposed to pre-auth only $50. They did $57.50. Told he never saw that before and it would all be released right after checkout. 5 days later, still not released. Price for the room should have been adjusted through Expedia... my receipt is for less than what I was charged Wasn't fixed. Trying to scam extra money. This room was absolutely 100% misrepresented by photos online. Cat pee and pot smell through the motel. I'm highly allergic to pot!! It made me sick. ROOM: It doesn't say all of the beds on a second floor... meaning stairs in the "room." Being disabled, I have to sleep on the couch. Fine, right? E

On arrival just driving into the car park it was dirty with rubbish all over, people just hanging around. Parked the car and when checking in 3 males were seen walking to the car and looking into it, felt like they were casing the car. Inside the hotel smelt of hot food and cannabis. Generally appeared like people with social housing/care needs ( not their fault) were being housed there. The room had flies, filthy walls, filthy carpet, filthy fridge, smell in the room. Corridors smelled of hot food and cannabis and filthy carpet and walls. Awful throughout. Felt very unsafe and the place was that bad we took the decision leave with immediate effect. The hotel isn’t fit for purpose for vacation destination or any other for that matter. If the owner feels offended by this review I would ask

Have been staying here for about a year and cant have any complaints when it comes to the staff and the accommodations. very helpful and will take care of you if given the chance.
