Sleep Inn University Place

I am currently staying at this hotel and honestly, this place should be shut down until they figure out how to run it properly. From the moment I arrived, it has been nothing but a disappointment. The rooms are dirty, outdated, and clearly not maintained. Walls are scuffed, furniture feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages, and the whole place gives off a rundown, neglected vibe. The noise level is ridiculous — you can hear everything through the walls. Getting any sleep here is nearly impossible. The staff communication is unorganized and unprofessional. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, and getting answers or help is like pulling teeth. For a place that’s supposed to host travelers, trainees, and working professionals, the management is nowhere near prepared. Overall, this hotel

I actually had an amazing time the food was delicious for breakfast? They had all the vending amenities I needed, they also had a good security system; but when I had five people visit me one day after staying there for 5 days with no guests they told me I could not reserve another night because of too much traffic. I have a huge family and this is outrageous. If my Italian family had been in town I would have had over 20 guests. The amount of time they gave me to check out was not ample enough and I'm very disappointed concerning how much money I spend for them to treat me this way

By far the best staffed hotel I have stayed at. Anything I have ever asked for I got it instantly. They have been totally accommodating to any need I had. Mandy is the star of the staff. you can tell she cares about your stay from the moment I got here. Definitely no complaints from me.

I believe his name was Jared. He provided us with excellent customer service. He made our check in speedy and we had no problems with being checked in Hotel room was clean .Breakfast for the next morning was perfect. I do believe the grits need to be cooked a little bit longer, however overall experience was a 10 out of 10

Best place to stay when I come into town for work. Mandy is definitely the best staff member here. I enjoy getting the chance to see her every time she's always happy and smiling. Check in is always simple and easy. The rooms are always wonderful and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay in while here. 😊
