Overall, a really wonderful stay! The reason I went 8 rather than 10 is for a few reasons - I love the free parking and free breakfast, just wish there was more variety. There is a bit of a musty smell, especially when using the air conditioning, which has been difficult with my asthma. Big picture, however, I am pleased with my stay and have really enjoyed my experience here. Thank you!

Solid room for a solid rate. Very quiet in the evenings and a great breakfast in the morning. Even after items were left behind, the staff, housekeeping and management, went out of their way to send our forgotten items right back to us in a very timely manner. Outstanding stay during and after! We will stay again next time we're in Austin!

I was really excited to stay here. So were my kids. I go to check in and they need a card on file. Ok. No problem. They didn't mention that they card needed to have more than an X amount on it, she also didn't mention that they were charging it right then. They wouldn't accept it. I explained I have my debit card in g-pay and can pay that way. They wouldn't accept that. My husband had to take our other car to pick up his kids from his ex over 3 hours away. He needed the physical card because he doesn't use G-pay and I do. It seemed like a great solution to the problem... I didn't know it would turn into this, BECAUSE I WASNT NOTIFIED, that they didn't accept tap to pay. The lady checking me in was super rude about it. Like I was any happier about this situation. Positive: Clean & nice breakfast Negative: Sign out by the street had no lights making the hotel hard to find at night as it sits back and slightly hidden from view.

The staff was professional, kind and accommodating the hotel and the room were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot is well lit and felt safe overall good experience.
