Sleep Inn Springfield West

We took a chance because of the cheap rate and it was rated excellent. Maybe the rating is excellent for a cheap motel. Smallest room we've ever had, desk drawer is broken and hanging down, bathroom looks semi clean and is very tiny. Bed is comfortable. Location is by all the popular restaurant chains and shopping. UPDATE: Just had breakfast where we saw the staff BLOW THE CRUMBS OFF A USED TABLE WITH HIS MOUTH!!!! Never wiped it down with a disinfectant!!! Majes me question the cleanliness here !

I am making this post because this place was a pleasant surprise. We are retired and do not need a pool or an exercise room when we are traveling from place to place, mainly because we don't take time to do those things.||This had everything needed. Among the extras:|facial makeup wipes!|An extra large shower! - oval shaped. Made a nice feature to the room arrangement|coffee maker|Microwave|luggage rack|large closet with two sides|nice full length mirror|Refrig|very nice desk chair (no upholstered one but this was really comfortable)|toilet spearate from the sink|lots of towels|a real kleenex BOX||Plus the breakfast included so much:|waffles, syrup, biscuits and gravy, scramble eggs and bacon!, 2 cold cereal choices, individually wrapped slices of bread for toast, 3 kinds of fruit, youg

Your price was the best online. We do like getting the Choice Privileges Points, too. Your hotel was very clean and well kept. The Breakfast was wonderful. Hot and delicious. Lots of choices. Easy check in and check out.

I stayed one night during my long travels from the south to the north. The location is good. Other businesses nearby and well lit. The location felt safe. For the price, this was a good stay for me. My room was clean and nicely decorated. I had a slight issue with the shower door which caused water to go onto the floor as it did not seal tight. I informed staff in case they were not aware and so they have the chance to fix it. Breakfast in the morning was more than enough and included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy, toast, yogurt, waffles, coffee, juice, fruits, oatmeal, and 2 kinds of cereal. The area and other guests were quiet which made for a good night's sleep. I would stay here again.

We had a 3 night stay. The service was great from check in to check out. When walking around we would see staff cleaning and always working (including wiping down elevator doors and cleaning parking lot). Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Asked for more towels and was given some without question. Staff would say Good Morning, and smile when they would see us throughout the day. A great stay and will definately visit again if we come through Springfeild.
