Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield South

Excellent service especially the kitchen ladies Linda, Rhonda and Teresa as well as the front desk guy. He always kept the lobby clean in the middle of a snow storm & the 3 ladies even gave our softball team hot chocolate packets to have after we ventured back to the hotel after our games. Great experience & will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!

I can't say enough good things about our 3-week stay here. The staff: incredibly kind and helpful (especially Chrissy at the front desk and Lisa who helped extend our stay over and over); the rooms: amazingly clean (housekeeping does a phenomenal job); breakfast crew: wonderfully efficient, engaging and friendly; maintenance staff: thorough and friendly. As a traveler who stays on longer-term jobs, I wish every hotel I stayed at had such a winning combination of people, efficiency and kindness. Can't wait to come back!!!

I can't say enough great things about this location. I have stayed at many Residence Inn's and this was by far the best experience! Every member of the hotel team was friendly, inviting, and helpful. The front desk, the breakfast attendant, and the housekeeping team were amazing. The room was clean and I appreciated the temperature controls. Breakfast was good as well as the outdoor seating area. Parking was easy to navigate and there are many restaurants nearby. If I'm ever back in the area I would 100% book with this location again!

I am a frequent traveler, long-time Marriott customer, and Bonvoy cardholder, and I chose this property because I expected a reliable, comfortable stay from a brand I have trusted for decades.||I was in town for an important family milestone—my mother’s doctoral graduation. After spending the evening with family, I checked in just before midnight. It was brutally cold outside, with temperatures approaching single digits, and all I wanted was a warm room and a good night’s sleep.||Unfortunately, that’s not what I got.||Upon entering the room, it was unusually cold. I turned the heat up, assuming it simply needed time to warm up. It never did. I eventually bundled up an

Clean rooms, plenty of parking, nice pool area, decently quit, black out curtains, friendly staff, especially the breakfast lady Rhonda. Stayed in the studio and plenty of room. Location was ideal because not super busy but nice Mexican restaurant you can walk to and grocery store right up the road.
