Sleep Inn Murfreesboro Shopping District

I am a choice platinum card holder for many years and stay at this sleep in at least twice a year either going or coming and the establishment is very nice always clean comfortable beds great breakfast, but on January 1, 2026 the early evening check-in attendant was the worst I’ve ever come across. I had made plans through the choice card system for that night. Stay ahead of time, but when I checked in, this lady told me I did not have a reservation and there was no room for me. I had to show on my phone that I indeed had a reservation and it was to be paid for on a card which is on file. She was very rude and nasty., And eventually came up with a reservation. When I asked her name, she gave me a bogus first name and told me in a very nasty way that I did not need her last name for any rea

The Sleep Inn surprised us with the cleanliness of the Inn! The rooms were very clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast was very very good. We were spoiled with the choice of coffee creamers there!! I did not rate a 10 as the area was a tiny bit sketchy but not at the Sleep Inn! Love staying there.

Excellent hot buffet breakfast! Room was clean and in good order. The only negative I can mention is that one of the queen beds was pressed up to a wall so anyone sleeping on that side had to crawl down the bed, not get out on the side of it.

We had to stop in the middle of the night on a long trip. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice. More than that, the staff was very compassionate when I felt ill. She stayed with me until my husband came and I appreciated that so much.

The room was very clean and really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend
