I have stayed in Marriott properties across this country more times than I can count, accumulating enough points to fund entire trips on loyalty alone. I say this not to boast, but to establish the weight of what I am about to tell you: the Residence Inn Nashville SE/Murfreesboro is one of the worst Marriott properties I have ever set foot in, and it has genuinely shaken my faith in a brand I once considered a reliable sanctuary on the road. The bones of a respectable extended-stay hotel are there, the way you can recognize the architecture of a great civilization even as you pick through its rubble. Great hotel with great staff. Nice breakfast and fun pool. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with what is needed for a dining in option. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again with family when in the Nashville area.

I stayed at this Residence on a business trip. I'm a frequent stayer at Marriott properties and this location was very disappointing and didn't live up to the service I'm use to. (1) The mattress was old and had a deep hole on one side of the mattress. I was offered an opportunity to switch rooms, but decided to just change sides of the bed. I normally spread all my things out and didn't want to be inconvenienced by having to repack and then change rooms. (2)Breakfast was the worst ever. The waffle iron was not working. I was advised they were waiting on a part. The set up was absolutely nasty. The food looked old, the area where the food was set up, was not clean. They were out of several items. I was told they had to order more butter. (3) I ended up toasting a bagel and took 2 hard bo

I have been a business traveler for 20+ years and I have never had a better experience than at the Murfreesboro Residence Inn. From the amazing front desk staff, especially Ieshia and Jennie!!! I felt like a family member. Anything that was needed was taken care immediately. The maintenence and housekeeping staff was just as exceptional. The ladies at the morning breakfast made us feel like we were in our own kitchen and the oatmeal...of my goodness - SO GOOD!!!! It was our three weeks of home away from home and we can't wait to return. The hotel is beautiful. The pool area is stunning and the gym is great!!! Loved everything about it. But the staff was really just the thing that made it so special. Thanks Jennie and Ieshia for taking care of me, my wife and my furbaby!!! See you soon!

I want to highlight how delicious the coffee was at this hotel — it was a wonderful surprise! Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was just fantastic, and I was genuinely impressed. I don’t often leave reviews for hotels, but this place absolutely deserves it. Highest recommendations — I definitely recommend staying here!
