Quality Inn Murfreesboro-University Area

Since the last time I’ve stayed at this hotel, it’s undergone a massive upgrade. The hotel looks great and aesthetically appealing…and is very comfortable. And most importantly , I was able to sleep! The breakfast was surprisingly good. Brandy, at the front desk, was welcoming and so very kind and helpful.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The bathroom sink drain was mostly plugged. You could only use water for a few seconds without filling the basin. The main disappointment was the bed mattress's. Both were terribly broke down and needed to be replaced. My wife and I took turns sitting in the chair during the night. It was not what we expected from your line of hotels. Well first of all rooms are great. Safe feeling, a nice antique store next door in walking distance, also walking distance is Cracker Barrel. People friendly and the place is almost immaculate, modern light fixtures that were way beyond anything I could have we've imaged. Thus was by far the nicest place we've stayed at on this trip. Breakfast 6-9am, l hope it's good, I'll let you know. Yes, breakfast was very good! Juices were good, waffles excellent, biscuits melt in your mouth, link sausages delicious, excellent coffee. Other choices, cereal, oat meal, yogurt, fruit, bagel w cream cheese. More im sure can't remember. Nice outdoor pool, conference room, office w computer and printer.

Great 1 night stay, very clean rooms. Only bring your own bottled water. They only have a machine for $2.00 a bottle. None for Premium members.

I travel regularly for work and generally stay in choice hotels. This one should be an example for all the choice hotels. The room is actually thoroughly cleaned with modern amenities and friendly staff. Others could learn from here. Great job housekeeping for not leaving anything for me to find to criticize. (I regularly find evidence of housekeepers not cleaning behind doors, but not here)
