Candlewood Suites Murfreesboro by IHG

I LOVE this location. Candlewood seems like they think of everything a traveler or family could possibly need to be comfortable. Free guest laundry was convenient and much appreciated. Rooms are exceptionally clean with high ceilings and large windows. Just a lovely place to stay overall. Front desk is friendly and efficient during my check in, and the general manager, Spring, was knowledgeable and super helpful during my stay. 10 out of 10. Will be back and I do recommend!!

Positive: I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room. The room itself had so many useful amenities and the bed was so comfortable. Negative: I just didn't like that the gap under the front door was enough to see people pass by. And wasn't sure if the adjoining room was occupied but I felt the gap under that door was a little too much. I ended up putting a towel in its place.

We are Gold members with IHG. Our room was filthy. Multiple hairs and white substance in tub/shower. Drinking glass with black bugs/particles. Sheets appear unwashed. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The front desk attendant told us we could clean the tub ourselves. No gloves offered. Ridiculous. In the morning we requested housekeeping to disinfect the tub. Waited an hour with no results. Clearly housekeeping staff,management and front desk need overhaul.

Jessica was amazing fast check in clean rooms I stay at Candlewood suit all the time and it’s one of the best hotels in Murfreesboro TN Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in that area

Really great place to stay. Kitchens and all the stuff. BBQ out back and nice patio. Hotel staff fabulous.
