Sleep Inn Hanes Mall

My husband, daughter and I choose to stay at this sleep inn as it is close to the hospital. I had called to make our reservation due to having a service dog for our daughter. Another hotel turned us away saying service dogs were not allowed by law. This sleep inn allowed us to check in early into a clean room that was very quiet. The two front desk ladies we met were very accommodating and very friendly and polite. They made us feel very welcome and as if we belonged there! The property was very clean outside as well as inside. The room was very clean and stocked. The hotel was very quiet all night as I’m a nurse who just wanted some sleep. This will be my last time staying at this Inn. Had a problem with the toilet. The tank for some unknown reason was over flooding, not the actual toilet bowl. Had to put several towels on the floor to soak up the water. Each time toilet was flushed, the water tank would over flow. Waited until the a.m. to address the issues, simply because I didn't want to deal with possibly changing rooms or have front desk to have to come and deal with the mess in the middle of the night. I waited to call the desk about 7am. Be mindful I was only there for one nite. After speaking with the Manager/ Front desk person, I was told that she would be coming to fix the issue. I was also given the option to move to another room on the same floor. Of course that wasn't an option due to checking out within a cou

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in a perfect location near very good restaurants. My only complaint was that it didn't have a lot of outlets.

The rates were very reasonable and the room was comfortable. The highway noise was much less than expected but still noticeable. Negatively, the shower was small and the paint around doors and fixtures was less than professional so felt less visually appealing than the nice comfort we actually experienced. Small things but impactful. Overall a good experience.

This should be a five star but apparently they don't recognize the fact that we work nights. Kids running up and down the hall in the morning delivery trucks making loud noises delivering product and the room was right on the highway. Requested a back room late check out. Received a room right on the highway right in the delivery route and kids running up and down the hallways then receive a knock at the door at 11:00 apparently a 12:00 checkout is not real very disappointed. Maybe when the request was made no one really cared. Just completely disappointed.
