Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field-Medical District

I tend to notice how a hotel feels in the first few minutes. Here, the welcome was easy and genuine, and the property felt calm and well looked after from the start. Each floor and shared space has its own clean, reassuring scent, a quiet signal that the hotel is actively maintained. My room was spotless, the A/C worked perfectly, and the bathroom was large with strong water pressure, which I always appreciate. Breakfast was better than expected. Not overdone, not sparse. Just right to start the day, with fresh options and a clean, well-managed area. What stood out most was how quiet the hotel was. Given its proximity to Love Field, downtown Dallas, and nearby hospitals, that level of quiet felt intentional. Staff clearly keep an eye on the property and the parking lot, which adds peace

I’ve stayed at this location several times. New owners took over about a year and a half ago. What a difference! The rooms are great, and the staff is incredibly pleasant. The breakfast has improved greatly as well. I now consider this a hidden gem in the Dallas metro. For the money it’s much nicer than hotels costing twice as much.

This hotel was great! The staff are super friendly and polite, the rooms were very clean with comfortable beds, the breakfast was fresh and the location felt safe. The one thing I would say could use improvement is the elevator. There is an incredibly overpowering smell of some kind as soon as you get to the door and even worse inside... very similar to that of a urinal cake. Idk if it is a cleaner or disinfectant but, it is not pleasant.

Very courteous staff and there to help with any need. Breakfast was excellent and made a nice start to the day before heading to the airport for an early flight. The staff was also very accommodating with transportation to and from Love Field. For a very reasonable fee, I was also able to leave my vehicle in their secure parking lot. This will definitely be my “go-to” hotel whenever I need to stay near the Dallas Love Field area.
