Sleep Inn Billings

I had a wonderful stay during my recent visit. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with waffles and biscuits and gravy to start the day right. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days out as I was here for work. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Another big plus was how conveniently close the hotel was to the freeway, which made getting around the area quick and stress‑free. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily return.

I don't stay at motels very often but they were very kind. Very nice to me. When I checked in Scott the maintenance man even mailed a letter for me. I asked for postal service. They don't have it but he's personally going to do it for me. They were just kind, clean, great place to stay. I totally recommend it.

Facilities are being upgraded. Needed to get off the road, didn’t have a reservation. The room was clean, and a good value. Shower had awesome water pressure, and was large! New owner was great to deal with, and the staff was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

This room was not very clean. The window sill looks like it has mold, the sink wasn't draining very well and normally, you have wonderful shampoo in the shower but that wasn't there. The front desk staff were wonderful and very pleasant. Your breakfast was very good and well displayed as well as clean. Check out was easy but there was some confusion as to what room we were in. I had the key cards (#200) but the desk person said it was under a different room. I will stay with you again because other rooms have been cleaner in the past.

This was the most uncleaniest hotel I've ever stayed at. There was a rodent trap inside the exterior door in the hallway. The room's carpet had lots of stains and hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The armoire door wouldn't close and it had carvings of crosses on the exterior. The TV setup wasn't convenient and the instructions were on a hand written note. My key card stopped working twice which was highly annoying. The bed was fairly comfortable but I did check it for cleanliness before laying down.
