Sleep Inn Allentown-Fogelsville

I'm a trucker and this location was close to my drop. Caught the flu so I had to get a room for about a week. The lady at the desk (forgot to get her name) was SUPERB. Wonderful service the whole time I was there. She even checked on me cause she could tell I want feeling well. Would definitely visit again when I'm in town. They have breakfast and the service was amazing. Room was nice.

Quickly checked in on a Sunday evening after long drive. Confirmed I was happy with room location, floor/view (on side more privacy with blinds open)….friendly staff, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (confirmed I had a great stay). I like and feel welcome when identified upon entering.

On a positive note, the hotel manager and employees were very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds, hotel and our room were all clean and well kept. Now, the negatives; Our stay was for 4 nights. Hotel policy is to provide cleaning service every 3 days; our room was not cleaned or supplied with clean linens and towels. We requested a handicapped accessible room, because we both have difficulty getting into and out of a tub. The front desk person also assured us that the room was accessible. The bath had a tub with a fold-down seat and some handrails, and not the walk-in shower we expected. The breakfast was quite possibly the worst we have ever experienced at a Choice Hotel. The pancake looked done but was raw on the inside. The sausage links were not browned at all; they looked like

Located behind other businesses. and shares a parking lot with another hotel. Dog friendly ($25per night, which the corporate website doesn't tell you.) Stayed two different times.
