Sleep Inn Airport - Billy Graham Parkway

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Worse than 1 star hotels in third world countries. The smell in the lobby and the hallway is awful. The room looks very nasty, and smells awful. Bed sheets have cigarette holes in them. Dirty walls. White stains all over the carpet and the chair. The alarm clock cable is ripped off. I would give it zero stars if it’s an option. I wouldn’t stay here again even if I was offered to get paid for it.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! My cousin & I booked on Expedia to stay here for one night following a visit to Levine. Upon walking into the lobby the smell of marijuana smacks you right in the face (I can get past this) we checked in and headed to our room. When we opened our room door the smell of mold, weed, and just stink smacked us right in the face. The bed had holes, stains, dirt, crumbs. The walls have black hand prints, blood, and who knows what else. The toilet has hair, the floor a sticky black substance. Just NASTY. We were itching when we walked out! Front desk was less than apologetic but handed us our $100 security fee charged back with attitude and sent us on our way. They didn’t want to refund our 2 minute stay. Not to mention the location is terrible & not safe!

Most nastiest place ever. The room was absolutely horrible. Not even worth the price. I wouldn’t pay $5 to stay here. The whole place smells like marijuana (and other things) as soon as we walked in the room, the nastiness just hit us. The beds had burn holes in them. The walls had black hand prints, the toilet had hair on it (not head hair) the beds were absolutely disgusting. There were roaches in the floor. Mold on the AC unit. Just absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The airline made me miss my original connecting flight I was stuck in Charlotte and needed a place to stay overnight close to the airport. I was familiar with Sleep Inn brand hotels so I booked this hotel. The night manger Nick was very nice and assured me there was 24-hour shuttle to and from airport. I was pleased with his courteousness as well as the shuttle driver AJ who arrived to pick me up. The hotel room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast has good offerings. I had the sausage, toast, coffee and muffins. The price was very reasonable ❤️

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!||I was told it would be three hours before I was picked up at Charlotte Inter. 8:30 p.m. and expected to wait until 11:30. I explained I was post-stroke and had issues where I couldn't be on the cold curb of the airport for three hours. Man didn't care, was rude, and downright mean. After the reviews I have read, I believe I dodged a bullet and am thankful for that. I will never stay at another Choice Hotel-affiliated location. Contacted a Hilton-affiliated location and was picked up within five minutes.
